My 2.5 year old cracked her front tooth and it had to be extracted. This dentistry was the only one around who could do it, and they were so kind, professional, and made us all feel at ease. I would definitely trust them again!

Love Dr Vu. She is great! Have been going here for almost 10 years and she is practical and kind. Appreciate her advice and her manner with the kids is great! Highly recommend as a pediatric dentist!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits I feel obligated to share my experience. The main issue was the quality of the dental work. A cavity filling performed at this office had to be redone within five months after another dentist discovered the filling had not been completed properly. As a result, I had to undergo treatment on the same tooth again much sooner than should be expected. What makes this even more disappointing is that I regret giving this office a second chance. After learning that the original filling needed additional work, I returned expecting the issue to be handled correctly. Instead, the experience was just as frustrating the second time. The office also appears to overbook appointments. During my visit, I waited more than 35 minutes just for the dentist to come in and evaluate the situation. For a scheduled appointment, that kind of delay is unacceptable. Patients should not have to set aside hours for what should be a routine visit. The administrative side was equally frustrating. I had already updated my insurance information online before the appointment, yet when I arrived, staff were still asking for outdated insurance information.

The staff and Dr Vu were very welcoming and friendly to both my kids. Minimal wait time after check in, cleaning was thorough and the kids were done quickly too. Place was clean and organized. The flow was smooth overall. Highly recommend this place!

We have been taking our daughters to Dr. Vu for over 8 years, and our experience has always been excellent. Dr. Vu and her entire staff are kind, patient, and very professional. She truly knows how to make children feel comfortable and relaxed, even during treatments. Appointments are well organized, the clinic is clean and welcoming, and everything is explained clearly to both parents and kids. We really appreciate Dr. Vu’s gentle approach and the genuine care she shows at every visit. Highly recommend Dr. Vu to any parent looking for long-term, trustworthy pediatric dental care for their children.
